Ideal location to convention center and easy access to shopping centers and retailers. Extremely comfy beds, coffee and tea making equipment, a sitting area, and ironing facilities in the room.

Central heating, a private safe, and a microwave oven in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Central location close to airport.

I appreciated the well-kept room and 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed. The location was nice, for example, Tanger Outlet Charleston was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

We had complimentary and superb breakfast plus excellent service. The staff there were efficient and attentive! Location: the hotel was very close to a convenient area nearby the airport, shopping place, wallmart, gas stations and highways.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the suite was perfect for our family. Breakfast and dinner were included, which was a nice touch. The shuttle driver was knowledgeable and the hotel was within 30 minutes of everything in Charleston.

My stay at this property was outstanding! The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to fulfill any request. The location was convenient, with easy access to I-25 and nearby restaurants and shopping. The property itself was well-maintained and felt new. The breakfast and evening social were both fantastic, thanks to the excellent service provided by Asia & Shon. Dawn at the front desk was like a caring mother to all the guests. I was never a Hilton person before, but I am now a convert. I highly recommend this property for long stays. So comfortable! I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional stay experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in Charleston, SC, with plenty of places to walk to for dinner. It is also close to Charleston Airport, which is beneficial in the event of future evacuations. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms and excellent service from the staff. The complimentary breakfast is a great start to the day, and the hotel facilities, such as the pool and gym, are well-maintained and enjoyable.

The hotel can improve on their communication and reservation process.

I like the friendly staff, family atmosphere, free as a home service. The staffs were trying to help in every aspects and being there all the time. I would stay at homewood for sure nextbtime when i visit charleston again.

I was in Charleston for a board meeting. The hotels downtown were sold-out (I had to make a last minute reservation). I have stayed at Hilton's in the past and read the reviews of this location on line. What they said about Dave and Kyle is true. They are both extremely helpful and courteous. I found the trip into Charleston to be simple. The room itself was extremely well maintained and, lthough I saw a lot of families, I never heard any noise. I was very impressed. I usually stay at some upper end hotels in Charleston and I must say that, other than location and a lounge, there was little difference.--Henry Bouffard

No golf channel. Key card didn't work at outset and seemed to be a problem.
