Safe and incredible place, I really enjoyed amicable personnel.
The location was favourable, about to be charged for taking food from the restuarant, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Further, it was close to cafes in Cairo and Cairo centre and charge in purpose of FX.

Location is great with plenty of food options nearby and banks for currency exchange. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. The view from the room was stunning with a great skyline. As young people, we enjoyed spending time at the gym and the sauna/massage facilities. The only negative thing about this hotel was the slow Wi-Fi service.

The staff at Holidays Express went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One night, we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room, and they immediately sent a technician to fix it. Within minutes, the issue was resolved and we were able to sleep comfortably. The prompt response and efficient service from the hotel staff was truly impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service.

Hotel staff was very helpful. I stayed more than 3 weeks in this hotel and I faced no problem during my stay. It's clear that facilities were renovated. I always requested dinner in my room and room servioce was quite good. When you will be there ask for fuit basket with dinner and you will receive fresh and various fruits. Great location if you are in Cairo for shopping.

The only good thing about the hotel is its allocation. It allocates in the center of the city in Jameat aldowal Alarabeyyah St. near shoping area.
The hotel is so ugly. Very old, not clean, dusty. The breakfast and food is not good. Dishes are so old and broken. The staff is so careless and not trained. In general, It does not worth waht you are paying.
