I had very comfortable 3-night stay here! The location was stunning, met smart stuff on customer service who was trying to sort it out. London Heathrow airport was hardly 21 minutes away by car. The rooms were large and airy with a shower and the breakfast was excellent. Having central heating, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker was very convenient.
The bed was not that comfortable, unfortunately.

Liked how perfect and upscale the property was and its outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. The breakfast had plenty of options and included scrambled eggs and bacon. The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to castle, sights and shops, and central Windsor which was a fifteen minute walk. Also, I was within 15 minute stroll from a historic royal castle.

We loved this family-friendly hotel. The room was reasonably large and functional with a bath, great full British breakfast and walkin shower, superb service. The location was particularly good and fab, near centre of Windersor, central Windsor which was a fifteen minute walk and river, castle.

The unit we got was comfortable quiet and functional with a sofa bed, good shower and good lighting. Lounge area was perfect for a breakfast. The location was central, magnificent to be honest felt that the standard of rooms had gone down hill.
