Impeccably clean accommodation, very amiable staff in the Asian receptionist. Air conditioned & brand-new room, an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and an individual safe in there. Magnificent views, marvellous breakfast with yogurts and hot options, for instance.

My room was brand-new and well furnished, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The staff there were patient and especially helpful.

Appreciated our superb stay there a lot. The breakfast was gorgeous, with very kind and amazingly great staff and a wide array of food. The service was excellent, the room was quiet. The hotel's location was magnificent, near eateries and pubs, communal areas and helpful nature. There was a grill restaurant nearby.

The positives include marvellous and beautiful location and parking on site.

The bathrooms are way too small.

This was a real good stay as a business trip. The staff were genuinely helpful and professional, we had an early check-in process. This hotel was located in a remote area close to the beer garden eating dinner, and there amazing restaurant. Good food in the tapas restaurant was the best part.

Enjoyed how well-appointed and well-maintained the property was and its extremely helpful staff from the Monday morning shift. Our room with a bath was nicely decorated.

We found everything superb, recommend it to others. Had very very good stay as a business trip and the weather was such warm. Remote location of this old-fashioned hotel was a bonus. Also, the area was very nice. Genuinely helpful and competent staff, suggested places to visit.

Thanks to the welcoming staff everything was excellent, including a huge variety of exceptional food. The hotel was in a remote location to be in the lounge area whilst football was blaring out on the television. Moreover, it's not far from the restaurant and selection, major attractions, and Bromsgrove centre and canal walks, shops and restaurants.
