Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, various pastries, and a standard toaster, the staff were attentive and it's definitely worth returning here for the value it provides.

Bathroom fan in room 138 didn't appear to be working. Everything else was good.

Spent 4 nights here with my dog, had a really nice stay overall. The room had an old air conditioning unit, but it did the job. It had everything I needed. The hotel is located in a great area with a shopping district and market nearby. 🛍️

I recently stayed at the Grosvenor Hotel in the West End for a few nights on a leisure trip. The location was fantastic, being adjacent to the Botanic Gardens and within walking distance to the city center. The hotel also offered good public transport options nearby. The breakfast provided was well-cooked and comprehensive, and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The room had convenient amenities like an iron, ironing board, electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker.The breakfast was marvelous with a variety of tasty meals.

It offers outstanding services and great value. The rooms are nicely furnished and brand-new here with the comfy bed, WiFi.

Suite was brand-new and extremely pleasant had down pillows. The location was excellent as for me, close to pubs/Restaurants in Great Western Road, Byars Road, Ashton Lane, and Close to the botanic gardens.

Perfect location downtown 😊. In the morning, you can see delivery trucks bringing supplies to nearby shops.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home, and their customer service was top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We definitely started our day off right with a satisfying meal.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the bathroom facilities were not up to standard.
