The staffs were very friendly & excellent. Really enjoyed a safe box, television, and a mini fridge bar in the room. Excellent services were available.

My a double room was new-fashioned, really enjoyed it. Enjoyed watching the pool from the window.

The hotel is truly exceptional, perfect based in a nice building. Comfortable setting, it's next to several restaurant and a big shopping mall as well as a hypermarket. Also, it's located 2 miles from Lightning Roundabout.

The place was immaculately clean with incredibly kind staff members. The rooms were incredible and modern with the shower and a relaxing bathroom, as example, just what was needed. Everything was perfect, I appreciated that. The location was particularly good for me, very close to the airport.

The breakfast had a good variety and was served early in the morning. The receptionists were very helpful.

The dinner options were not suiting my appetite and there was a lack of atmosphere in the hotel. It seemed to cater more towards business travelers than those on holiday.

The staff was consistently courteous, I truly enjoyed to be here. Location: the property was near to supermarket and a big shopping mall as well as a hypermarket and a restaurant. Also, Tabuk tank was 3 miles away from the venue. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.
