Cheap, airy room with pleasant views over the lake. Very comfy bed and top-notch service. Brilliant, unbeatable location in Bickenhill, right by the stadium for a concert, the restaurant and the lounge, and public areas.

This place is clean and wonderful with friendly staff and reasonably priced food; the rooms are spacious and bright, including open bathrooms.

The hotel has a fantastic location in a good area, very close to Resorts World Arena and an exhibition at the NEC. The room is large and reasonably priced, equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, storage space, and a hair dryer. The pool area is also amazing.

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel in Bickenhill is a top-class property with amazing continental breakfasts. The staff at this hotel is incredibly polite.- The rooms are top-class and newly remodelled, offering so much space.- Climate control and coffee/tea making machines are available in the rooms.

The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and there is plenty of room, plus there's air conditioning and an iron available in the room; the continental breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of options.

The staff here are so accommodating and polite, providing incredible service and a fantastic breakfast.

The room I got was clean, and even though it was reasonably priced, it came with a comfortable bed, a broken sink , and a heater which was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a good variety, including tea and coffee which was a nice start to the day. The location was excellent, not too far from the airport. 🌟

The family room was newly remodeled and the bed was comfy. The location was good, overlooking the lake and close to Birmingham International railway and Central Station in Birmingham city centre. We enjoyed dining at Millers restaurant on Saturday night. All conveniences were within reach.

The staff at the reception desk in the morning were nice and helpful. The hotel is in a brilliant location in Bickenhill, close to all conveniences. The breakfast for non-meat eaters was very good. The parking was reasonably priced.
