The breakfast was generous and nice hot with fruit and cornflakes, as example, and the restaurant was big.

The hotel offers airy and neat rooms with comfy chairs by the window, tea & coffee, as example, I am very pleased about that. Very pleased overall, I would book here again.

Full English breakfast that I ordered was gorgeous. Having a TV set, tea/coffee, and an iron in my spotless and compact room was really great. The hotel was in the very central setting close to all the shops easy to check in staff.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and really polite, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

We enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. The hotel was reasonably priced and charming old with amazingly efficient personnel on the reception desk. The rooms were newly renovated and good-sized with seaview and comfy chairs by the window, as for instance, no complaints whatsoever. The location was favourable, a short way from Pavillion.

Luxurious place to stay 1 km away from an art museum. A wide array of lovely food. Had twin room with great views of the pier, the heating, for example. Excellent service overall and parking on site.

Great Staff and Beautiful Sea Views

During my recent stay at The Hermitage, I had the pleasure of experiencing the beautiful sea views offered by the hotel. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with any requests or questions I had.

The restaurant food was decent, although a bit pricey for the quality. I did have a couple of issues, such as noisy neighbors in the first room I was assigned.

Thank you all for the really nice stay for 3 nights. Efficient staff, lovely views of the beach, everything is very good. Central location next to beach, the local park, and restaurant, and restaurants and bars are near the hotel. Also, it's walking distance to a victorian pier.

Stayed in compact king room with amazing views, balcony and the kitchen.

We didn't want to leave and would stay here again, truly enjoyed the city and hotel. By and large, it was nice base for sightseeing in Bournemouth, had much fun and met highly efficient and decent staff on the reception desk. The offered breakfast was warm for drinks of tea.
