Appreciated this clean and fancy place, consistently courteous staff and functional rooms. Rooms with all the amenities had a contemporary atmosphere. Hotel's location was great, near the station. Spent a nice evening at Tengu, located near the venue. Comfortable stay, we were there for 5 days.

Marvellous location of the hotel, not far from many good restaurant and west Umeda, at the very other end of the maze and the large Ferris wheel. Also, in the station. Big size room with all the amenities as well as a double bed, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

This hotel is well located, with easy access to both Nakatsu station and Osaka station. It's a short walk to Nakatsu station and about 10-15 minutes to Osaka station. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. They can speak conversational English, which is a plus for international travelers. They provide good service and make guests feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The beds are cozy and the bathrooms are of a reasonable size. The hotel pays attention to detail in providing a small mini-fridge in the rooms, which is handy for storing cold drinks.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

This hotel met all requests in every way, couldn't recommend more. All in all we greatly enjoyed surprisingly spacious and spotless room with the TV as well as nice bathroom. Also, location was good, relatively near Kuchu Teien Observatory Observation Deck. A quiet property which was close to train stations.

Bed and restroom is not small.

Comfortable rooms and great location. We stayed in a standard room that was clean and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located near Nakatsu subway station, allowing for easy transportation around Osaka. The Umeda and Osaka train stations are also within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay and found it to be a great base for exploring the city and taking day trips to Nara and Kyoto. I would recommend this hotel for its value and location.

The single room (used as twin room in our case) is very small (though everything we need is there), more shelves and clothes hanging facilities will be appreciated in the room and in the restroom.

We loved the convenient location near everything and the Nakatsu subway line for easy commuting around the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and professional. We also appreciated the breakfast option and the nearby Catholic church with English masses for Sunday worship.

location first time no easy to find!

The hotel's location is convenient for those who plan to hop around town. You can easily move from Nakatsu underground station to Umeda subway station & JR Osaka station via the mega-underground shopping mall & Hankyu Department Mall. the hotel is located just down 100 yards from the nearby Nakatsu underground station. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the staff is polite.

The hotel could use an update or refurbishment soon.

The location of Hearton Hotel is unbeatable. It's just a short walk to the Umeda shopping area, conveniently close to restaurants and major hotels. Being near the metro station makes it easy to explore other shopping centers and nearby cities like Kobe and Kyoto. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by Okonomiyaki restaurants, a must-try in Osaka. The price is affordable, considering the great location. The rooms, though small, are clean and provide all the necessary amenities.
