This is a hotel go-to for Oxford! The property is clean, has views over the river and easy to walk in to town. The superior queen room is nicely refurbished with a fantastic view, a very comfortable bed, bar full of beer choices. Its location is great and lovely, not too far from Gloucester Green Market. The main bar makes the complementary drinks.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, so close to very frequent buses, many sights including the Covered Market, the Botanic Gardens and the school and lovely river. Everything was modern, nevertheless a few employees were a little grumpy. I was here for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner.
Views were not so great.

Lovely little and upgraded hotel, our stay was good.
The double room we were given had coffee, a storage space, and a safe. The location was central, great for a church and a museum located a few steps away from the hotel. There was a garden and a park a few steps away from the place.

Location: perfect, just next door to many sights including the Covered Market, the Botanic Gardens and the school. Besides, easy to get to Oxford Town Hall.

Quirky traditional place with good location very close to the river which was scenic, the Christ Church and the closest college being Christ Church which is a 5 minute away.
