The Hatton Hotel really exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, Karen and Steve made me feel right at home. The attention to detail was impeccable - from the clean towels and bedding to the complimentary tea and coffee in my room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the promenade and all the shops and activities. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was delicious and definitely set me up for the day. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and fresh linens.- The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not always readily available to assist with guest needs. The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, which resulted in a lot of noise from outside and other guests, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Just off the main promenade, The Hatton Hotel is ideally located for those seeking a vibrant nightlife scene. With pubs, clubs, and modern entertainment venues within easy walking distance, you'll never be far from the action. The hotel offers clean and well-presented rooms, complete with spotless bed linen and plenty of towels. The breakfast is great value and there's always a continuous supply of tea. The hospitable staff, like Mr Benn, are always there when you need them, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
Some rooms may be located on upper floors, which could be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

The room was spotless and the bed was really comfy. The hotel was situated in a great location, close to the main attractions and walking distance to the town centre. The breakfast was delicious and they even had smoothies available.
The parking was quite difficult to find, and we had to ask the staff for help. The room was a bit small and lacked storage space for our belongings.
