Such a perfectly pleasant stay for a family visit. Hip new hotel in a secure area close enough to Cambridge shops, restaurants and campus as well as Metro, restaurants and many others. Brand-new, pleasantly furnished room with a working iron and newly renovated Euro bath and including a working iron! Fast check-in, late check-out, very amiable staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The room was kept at absurdly low temperature and available with the bathroom and trash from the previous guest, for example. Excellant service, just what we needed.

The experience was pleasant, would stay here again. The hotel was clean and our room was well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Excellent service, even though a few employees were kind of rude. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was pretty nice...

Very helpful and friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, always provided with hot/cold water and free coffee. Perfect location near Harvard Yard, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and stores.

The stay here was very pleasant, loved the hotel, it was clean with comfortable and the best location very close to subway, stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly professional - we would stay here again.

The room was new-fashioned & nicely equipped, with comfy bed.

Perfect location for the Boston Celtic Music Festival with my adult daughter. Very clean! Super comfy bed! Easy to get to with friendly, helpful staff and easy parking. Small coffee station in the lobby was a plus. First room didn’t have a fridge but they moved us to a room in the 4th floor with a much nicer view. Room was a bargain in comparison with surrounding places. Don’t let reviews about the showers scare you away…it was great! Would definitely stay again if given the chance!

This hotel was very convenient to the T stop, as well as being very clean and comfortable.

We loved the cleanliness, convenient location, and helpful staff at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the staff provided great service, allowing us to have a smooth check-in and even helping us move our luggage. The hotel is located just one block away from Harvard Yard, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Plus, there are plenty of excellent dining options nearby, making it easy to find a delicious meal without going far.

i used to come to you few years ago and spent few times there. Now i came back after 5-7 years and insisted to stay at your hotel and i was really disappointed and consider not to come back next time i will in Boston: the price is high comparing to what you get: the staff was not nice and as not welcoming. I was shocked when i realize that i have to pay for parking using the computer downstairs and not having any thing for breakfast. The feeling was that you try to get as much money and save on us as much. Sorry for this poor experience.
