The location was incredibly comfortable and perfect - so close to multiple restaurants and shops and a shopping mall and shops, RT 90 and other significant destinations. We had lunch at nearby Pizza Hut, tried their fast food options.

It was in the central location in the West Springfield area. My room was a nice size and brand-new and the view was pleasant. Nothing to complain about, I really enjoyed the stay and would come back for sure.

The rooms are well-appointed and brand-new with defective heater, the coffee table and fridge. Best possible location also in September close to the Big E fair, you can walk everywhere.

The room was updated and the location particularly good, right next to 99 restaurant. The staff were pleasant and accommodating hole time of my stay. So glad that Disability Access room with defective heater and the coffee table, for instance I booked was available.

The location turned out to be great, close to several restaurants, a grocery store, and other stores and plenty of restaurants nearby and movie theater. The employees were accommodating and amazingly nice. They gave me neat and updated room with defective heater and fridge, as for instance.

The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, recognizing my gold status and making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's location near the highway was convenient, and there were plenty of activities to do in the area. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and I loved that coffee and tea were available all day. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Pillows too soft. Heater was very loud. It was broken and kept me up all night. We had to change rooms and that was a big pain in the neck since we were already unpacked.

The staff was pleasant and helpful and access to the mall was very useful.

The 3 PM Check-In was delayed. Also, the motorcycle / car racing along Route 5 late at night was annoying.

Helpful and polite staff during snowstorm. Clean sheets, great breakfast, 24/7 coffee, WiFi, fireplace. Just like home.
