The location is magnificent and beautiful, right off the Thruway. And it's short walk to back of a restaurant as well as store. Make sure you stay in the queen room with a King bed and whirlpool bath and big fridge.

It's a lovely welcoming hotel for short stay. The employees are very amiable and attentive. The room is brand-new and spotless with a king bed. The location of the venue is excellent and unbeatable, short walk to Utica, NY, and Very near to restaurants. When I am in Utica, I like staying here.

It was good 1 day, would stay there again. It was a wonderful and appealing hotel for a trip to Utica. The staff that we encountered were highly courteous and thoughtful.

Perfect location close to everything, you can walk everywhere. The place to have lunch at a moderate distance from the hotel is The Trackside Restaurant. The room is a nice size and well-kept with a king bed, also they can offer wake-up service.

The idea to include a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator in the queen room was nice. Magnificent central location near to restaurants, downtown and the Stanley Theatre, and Utica from the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. Also, it was at a medium distance from an oriented museum🙂

Our room was not only brand-new, but also reasonably priced with whirlpool bath, a King bed. The staff was decent, attentive all the time. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to Utica, New York, Syracuse and New York State.

We've stayed at Hampton Inn several times and it's always amazing! The rooms are comfortable with great beds, and the breakfast is delicious with options like make-your-own waffles, hot eggs & sausage, and fresh fruit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The recent renovation has made everything look brand new, with sleek and minimalist designs. The walk-in shower was a highlight. a fantastic experience.

Attractive hotel with extremely helpful personnel. Stunning, comfy location close to an industrial area, Very near to restaurants and a Walmart shopping center. Also, very close to downtown. Suitable accommodation for short stay.

The hotel was very accomodating to a family with a young child. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Keep in mind, this is not a trait of native Uticans. The pool provided plenty of energy burn off for my child and my wife enjoyed the workout room. There was always plenty of food stocked in the breakfast area. Overall a great stay and the Hampton Inn provided a great place when family doesn't have the space.

The breakfast at the hotel was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, with plenty of options for food and drinks within walking distance.
