The hotel was in a very central setting to food outlets etc. All staff were very amiable and attentive, ensured our stay was lovely. The room we had was high-class and nicely furnished.

Everything is very good, I enjoyed it. It has really helpful staff from the foreign receptionist who was lovely and magnificent location, that could not be beaten.

Brand-new hotel with outstandingly accommodating and amazingly kind staff and pleasant views of the cathedral. Magnificent, fantastic location in Liverpool, short walk to the city centre and brilliant location, Liverpool 1 and the breakfast, and Albert Dock and transport links.

Clean venue with tasty breakfasts and river views. Marvellous and lovely location close to town centre, in the shopping area. Again, walking distance to Liverpool One Shopping Complex. Soundproof & lovely sized room, a storage, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer in there.

The room was stocked, brand-new and had floor to ceiling windows, an ironing set, and a kettle. The breakfast was good hot with fruit, bacon and chocolate, enjoyed what was offered.

Views appeared to be quite bad.

The units are high standard, nice modern for all our suitcases.

We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. The bed was comfy, the amenities included an air conditioner, a storage, and a safe.

The breakfast was perfect, the room was functional and stylish with a view over the socks. The staff were amazingly kind, we had a smooth check in and a late check-out. This accommodation was in the very central location close to the shopping centre.

i was offered a room with pleasant views of the river. i had a storage space, full-length windows, and a kettle, exceptionally comfortable bed. the hotel was conveniently located just off croke park, all liverpool has to offer, and city centre & albert dock.

The room was lovely sized and functional with river views and employees were exceptionally kind. The provided service was excellent. The location was marvellous for me as it was really close to Albert Dock and Pier Head and all the shops and restaurants. Also, the hotel was not very far from a Beatles museum. I had a wonderful stay and will be back!

As for me, the area was not very comfortable.

I had a tasty and perfect breakfast with so many options to choose from, the food was gorgeous. The location was marvellous, near to the centre of a major city and the echo arena and Liverpool one.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with albert dock view. The service was excellent, the food was lovely.
