Shuttle driver was charming and helpful. Desk staff was very helpful. Room was clean and pleasant, just what I needed. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices of delicious food - meats, cheese, eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee. It is a quiet location and I enjoyed a short walk around the neighborhood in the morning. I recommend this hotel.

This is not really a complaint, just a reality. You need to call the hotel to ask for the shuttle to pick you up and because it is a small hotel, the number is not listed with the bigger hotels at the airport. So just be sure you have the number to call and a cell phone or know how to use the pay phones so you can arrange to be picked up.

We arrived at 2am..and the checkin prosedure was very fast and efficient.we had to enter our confirmation number in to the machine to getkey...

Too far from the airport ...transportation to and from the airport cost more than the rate for the room.

The main aim was to catch an early flight at Frankfurt airport the next morning, this hotel is convenient as there is a shuttle from the hotel and even a train station. There was also a shopping area nearby for dinner and to while away the evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I booked a single non smoking room. However, the room reeked of smoke when I entered. I asked for another nonsmoking room. The manager apologized profusely, and gave me a double nonsmoking room instead. The substitute room was large! Excellent value for the money as an airport hotel. Airport shuttle van arrived and departed promptly. (There is a charge for the airport shuttle). A good budget airport hotel.

The hotel was hard to find, especially when driving in the dark. A gps in the car is essential to find this place at night. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

Have to pay eur10 for the airport transfer from the hotel to the airport. Should be foc as the hotel service because it's not that far. Has to pay for internet access.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was absolutely worth the money. The breakfast was very good and the shuttle was reliable and on time generally running every half hour beginning at 0530.

If you intend on arriving late, ensure you contact the front desk in advance for arrangements. Late check in is easy so long as you have coordinated it in advance. Although the airport is listed as 2.64 miles from the airport, that is as the crow flies straight line. It is actually located on the opposite side of the airfield from the main terminals. It is about a 10 minute drive, or 22 Euro taxi.

Very nice hotel in quiet location close to the Frankfurt airport.

I enjoyed eating out at Local restaurant called Guntheim which was very good.

They did not get back to me about shuttle cost. The toilet seat need to be fixed (just need to be tighten but they do not) Shower curtain is filthy A bath towel is too small Scared to walk alone at night TV controller does not do anything

Staff in breakfast room.they never say to any one "goodmorning"also never smile to the guest.and hotel charge me 10 euro extra.

The hotel was close to Ramstein Air Force Base where we needed to return to.

The room did not have a phone and the mattress was hard.

When Booked.net did not let the the hotel know of our reservation, the staff scrambled and found 2 adjoining rooms for us. The breakfast was nice as well as the rooms being clean.
