The food was lovely and we had an excellent stay. Having a pool and the piano bar was a bonus.

Had a wonderful Easter break at this hotel. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of loungers available throughout the day. The location was perfect, right on the promenade with excellent views. The all-inclusive wine was impressive,...  

We have stayed at the Timafaya a number of times but cannot put our finger on why we love it so much. The location is superb, the staff generally very good and the fellow guests generally good to be with...  

A really good value hotel. Loads more going for it than against.The hotel is in a fantastic setting. At the moment it is getting a make over which will make it more sleek and modern for to-days requirements.The food is varied and gives you a real choice of what you want to eat and how much or little you feel like on that particular morning/night.The entertainment was of a good level every day and night . All in a really enjoyable stay and well worth a return in the future.

The location of this hotel is superb. We enjoyed watching sports in the pub down the road and the piano bar was very entertaining. The hotel was right by the sea and the view was stunning. Sandra in the restaurant provided excellent service. Our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and the service from staff was exceptional. Breakfast was really good with plenty of variety and the grounds and pool areas were well-maintained.

The food in the buffet restaurant could be more varied and exciting, with more hot and spicy options.

The location was good for walking in to Playa Blance. The food was excellent and something to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I liked the idea of an adult only hotel - very relaxing! Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor and below the level of the lovely gardens so our view was disappointing to say the least.

My only complaint will be the deposit of 20 euros for a towel which has had better days.

The view from my room was beautiful. The indoor swimming pool was a nice option, especially on windy days. The price of services was very fair and there were also activities/courses available. The hotel's location on the beach was convenient and it was nice to take walks along the coastline.

Staff in the hotel was very kind, room was clean, breakfast and dinner were great! I can recommend to stay in this hotel. It is good idea to pay for dinner (6 EUR/day only).

Staff in the reception was slow, but they solved all issues you have.

The H10 Timanfaya Palace - Adults Only is a clean and lovely hotel with beautiful views. It's conveniently close to Playa Blanca and Lanzarote - making it easy to explore. The indoor swimming pool is a great feature - especially when the wind picks up. The staff were exceptional, and the complimentary bottle of fizz in the room was a nice touch. The variety of food and entertainment provided were fantastic.

The pool & garden area was very well maintained.

There was often a severe drainage odour from the east side of the hotel near the crazy golf promenade that severely impacted our impression of the hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was probably the best Ive had in Europe. The internal finishes to the hotel were modern and very clean. I would return for a quiet break.

The swimming pool was not heated and the external paintwork, paving generally were tired and in need of a refurbishment.
