During my New Year stay, I found the hardware of the hotel to be of great quality. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi available in both the room and public areas. The hotel's proximity to the metro station made it easy to access other parts of the city quickly. the staff was very helpful and quick to resolve any issues that arose.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. I had some trouble with the hot water and the Wi-Fi, but the staff was quick to upgrade me to a higher floor which solved the issue.

Hard to find for the first time in guangzhou. Not recommend to book this hotel again. No one can speak english.

Friendly helpful staff. English speakers available. Convenient location situated close to metro, major road systems and a number of restaurants of varying types for those that want upmarket and budget cuisine.

the reception area is also the entry to the hotel as opposed to the people that run the apartments. This can be a bit confusing as the reception area has nothing to do with Xiandaijia Apartments.

Excellent location near metro station. Polite and helpful staff. Clean room with breathtaking view. Buffets at Skylounge were good. Accessible to train station and points of interest. Near restaurants and fast food stores

There was nothing I didn't like.

It is a good clean place to stay in. The building is new. The view if the city is good The manager Ben does all he can to try to communicate and made our stay comfortable

Spent a fabulous New Year at a hotel in Guangzhou. the hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to many nearby attractions and a metro station just a short walk away. the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was divine. Finally, the shower in the room was top-notch and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The room was not as clean as one would expect, and we discovered a couple of insects during our stay. some essential amenities such as a minibar, a safe, and a chair to put clothes on were missing.

The staff where smiling and the location was just perfect.. right on the subway entrance on the line 8 which is the same line as canton fair. free wifi in the room and decent restaurants nearby. sure will stay there again. thanks!

Staff was very friendly and well-speaking English. Hotel is in new and nice building (Vertical City). Very close (just opposite a hotel entrance) to Changgang metro station. McDonalds, shopping centers, everything near. Really one of better hotel we stayed at Gz during last 3 years.

The location of this hotel is perfect for transportation, with a train and subway station right next door. Getting around this city is super easy. The hotel is also clean and the staff is friendly.

The hotel's location close to the metro station was very convenient and great for getting around easily. It was also away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas like Tian He. The room was decent and the bathroom was clean. However, the hotel lacked in service and the breakfast was subpar compared to other hotels in the area.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was amazing, right above a hub Metro station, which made it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we checked out. We also loved the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, it made it easy for us to stay connected. we had a great experience at this place and would definitely recommend it to others.
