Staff were incredibly polite.

The pool area was very clean and the location was great and lovely, so close to tower bridge and easy access to trains/metros and a weatherspoons. And it's at a medium distance from The Artful Dodger, ate there once or twice. I had a functional superior queen room with an outstanding view on skyline. Got extremely comfy bed and a mini bar, a lounge, and an iron.

I was upgraded to a functional double room with great views of the gherkin. Floor to ceiling windows, a good coffee, and a lounge area were provided. The hotel had a very central location, walk from a church and a tower.

Offers very good service and lovely food. Moreover, guests can use parking nearby.

The location was very central and walk from a church and a tower. A few times I ate at The Empress, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I asked for double room and it was functional with views over to tower bridge.

Possibly the best and restful stay for a business trip. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the superior queen room, plus an iron, a kettle, and a sofa set. Fantastic breakfast with on spot Omelet with different toppings and the orange juice and pastries, marvellous location.

Overnight parking and large breakfast for a city hotel- omelette station. Excellent pool, decent sized rooms with a view over. Particularly good and absolutely perfect setting, walk from pubs and cafés...

Gorgeous food in the restaurant for breakfast for how the food actually was. Magnificent, marvellous location to the Aldgate train station right next to Tesco express. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a huge market.
