The hotel was wonderful and the staff very welcoming, incredible location between 2 metro stations. The atmosphere created was elegant. I was offered a room with nice views over garden and British Museum. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The whole experience was great.
