Staff are friendly, hotel is clean and very warm considering it was -30c outside, hotel temperature inside was about +25. Restaurant is fair value for money. Spa was good. Massage is excellent

There was no following facilities in the room: fridge, kettle and tea making facilities, bathrobes and slippers were chargeable, no safe. Water temperature in the pool was cold for me, about 22c. Hamam did not work.

Only one of the bed rooms had a bath, the rest have showers. Spa makes up for it.

The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The spa facilities were well-maintained and there were plenty of options for treatments. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

The soundproofing in the rooms was quite poor, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the cost of spa treatments was quite expensive compared to other options in the area. Despite these issues, overall it was a pleasant experience spending New Year in this hotel.

Location is too close to the road, ergo: traffic noise unavoidable. Only "aqua minerale" 0.6 l was as water in lobby, nothing more :() 70 rubles: take your own water (cause no shops in 4 km radius). Dorada was poor)

We enjoyed the clean and well-decorated spacious room with a comfortable bed at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great with a nice spa and a good selection of dishes and beverages in the restaurant. We also loved the delicious and filling breakfast provided. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no bellboy at the hotel! Air conditioning in the hotel room did not work! In the comfort of the hotel was not 4 stars! services would have to show priority to hotel guests. I wandered all over the world, a place so bad I did not find this hotel! Kind of breakfast is very very poor

My recent city trip included a stay at a hotel with great facilities. The spa was undoubtedly the best aspect of the hotel, with its relaxing salt room and a range of treatments on offer. The delicious breakfast and fresh fruit salad were also highlights, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

There were a few aspects that let the hotel down. The noisy road nearby made it difficult to sleep at night, and the location was not ideal for those without a car, as the public transport options were limited.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, close to some great sightseeing spots and surrounded by nature. The service was top-notch, from the helpful bell staff to the efficient dry cleaning service. The room amenities were excellent, with tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a lovely terrace. The staff at the dining area were accommodating and the breakfast spread was delicious. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the sauna, swimming pool, and spa center. The free Wi-Fi and parking were convenient perks that added to my overall satisfaction.
