Firstly we booked because of the swimmingpool. The Hotel had an outstanding garden. We liked the surroundings very much. And the friendly, smiling and polite young stuff made us feeling very velcome.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo and it provided all the amenities I needed. The snack bar/deli, coffee shop/cafe, and business center were all convenient and well-equipped. The hotel's facilities made my work trip much more comfortable.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference center. It would have been beneficial to have a space specifically designed for business meetings and events.

I recently stayed at a delightful hotel along the banks of the majestic Mekong River. The Mekong view from my suite was awe-inspiring, and the peaceful ambiance truly enhanced my stay. The reliable shuttle service to town made it convenient to explore the area. The considerate and endearing room staff made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The luxurious facilities in my suite, including a comfortable bed and low noise level, ensured a relaxing and comfortable stay. The hotel's splendid grounds and beautiful gardens, especially when illuminated at night, created a fairytale-like setting. The spectacular mountain scenery added to the overall charm of the location.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The building is stunning, breakfast on then riverside beautiful.
There is no management, the garden looks poor, the restaurants where closed, breakfast was very poor, rooms are not properly cleaned, the bus into town go's on certain hours if you want to go into town outside these times you have to pay for it. This hotel is certainly not value for money.

The beautifully landscaped gardens provided the perfect backdrop for our family strolls, with lush greenery and colorful flowers all around. It was a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The restaurant offered a delectable breakfast and dinner, accompanied by soothing music that enhanced the dining experience. The suite on the ground floor overlooking the Mekong river was spacious and comfortable, with a large living room and a beautiful balcony where we could relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. it was a truly enjoyable and peaceful getaway for our family.
For dads, it would be great if there were more recreational activities available for families with children.

The room was good modern, it had a shower, a dryer, and terry robes. The staff was attentive and the service was great throughout our stay. Location: the hotel was short walk to the alms giving ceremony downtown, the center of the town, and the banks of the great Mekong river with beautiful gardens and a fairy tale setting at night time.

The combination of elegant architecture, panoramic river view, and delicious international cuisine makes this restaurant truly unique. The staff's Lao hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort make for a memorable stay.
It's such a shame that the check-in didn't include a welcome drink or any explanation about the hotel. So welcoming!

We spent a very enjoyable few days here, relaxing by the pool and in the lush gardens. The setting and views alone are worth staying here for. The staff are so nice and helpful that they make staying here a really special experience. I had been a little concerned about being outside the city center, but there is a free shuttle bus which runs 6 or 7 times each day to the center. Also it is straightforward to get a tuk tuk back to the hotel if you need to.

The location is just outside the city center, right on the river, offering a beautiful view. Watching the sunset from the pier is a relaxing way to end the day. The breakfast was quite good, with a variety of foods available.
The staff seemed a bit unorganized, making it difficult to communicate effectively.
