The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. The rooms were clean and provided all the basic amenities one would need for a one night stay. The location, although a bit remote, was perfect for what I needed and offered a quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session because it provides a Business centre with 7 meeting rooms of variable sizes. The amenities included a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. The staff was multilingual and helpful.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated photocopying and printing service at the hotel.

The guy at the breakfast buffet could be friendlier.

This place is in a decent and easy location in reasonable distance from Brussels airport. All in all they offer exceptional service.

Stayed at this hotel for one night on our way from Brugge to Brussel. Really nice hotel. The room was clean, staff was welcoming and overall impression was very nice. The location is not the best if you plan to stay for couple of nights and go to Brussel. However, for one night this hotel is a good option. Will certainly come back if I need a hotel near the city.

We opened the window for fresh air but it was a bit noisy outside.

The location of the hotel is ideal for transients, rooms and bathroom are modern and very clean. The breakfast is very good, we liked that you could fry your own egg (at the buffet) and there was crêpe dough ready - original idea.

At night the room turned out to be a bit noisy - there were other guests who had to move their beds at 02:00 AM.

Very good accommodation as it is close to the highway but no noise from it and the hotel has everything you need.

Heating or air conditioning is working all the time. Separate on-off switch would be an advantage.
