The hotel's 50-year-old facility was clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out clerks were friendly. The location was easy to find and convenient for shopping and dining, with a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants nearby. The spacious bathroom had ample counter space.

The location was favourable and excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from a miniature golf course. We greatly enjoyed rooms with fridge microwave. The staff were all top-class, which was unquestionably a plus.

The pool was heated and the grounds are well maintained. The rooms are quite clean and have a fridge, microwave and free internet. The staff are very accommodating. The location is close to theme parks and shopping.
The "continental breakfast" was just packaged donuts and danishes...some Florida oranges would be a nice touch. A non-smoking policy in and around the pool would be more pleasant for families. The sheets did not reach the end of the bed for some reason (?) The shower ran hot and cold.

We enjoyed the breakfast on the back patio facing the lake. We used the room for sleeping only. We also enjoyed the pool. It was clean and empty at the time we used it.

Fairly clean, low budget hotel with helpful staff. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Well-stocked and spotlessly clean room with king size bed and fairly nice experience. Favourable and absolutely perfect location for Orlando, right by stores, restaurants, theme parks, the Golden Link Motel and Kissimmee. Also, close to everything.
