Very very helpful staff on reception and elsewhere. Good sized rooms with windows opening out on a garden, food good. A laptop and two windows were nice...

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the central market. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting us with train tickets and giving us directions whenever we needed them. The rooms were spacious and had quality air conditioning. The cleaning lady was the friendliest we encountered on our trip. The only downside was a slightly uncomfortable bed, but with everything else being so good, it was a minor issue. we highly recommend this hotel.

Very uncomfortable bed or mattress, once slept there, back pain for 3 days. At night it is impossible to sleep - on the street permanently very noisy, even with closed window. Air Conditioning terrible, I think it does not work good - at night it is very noise in the room.

I loooooved the staff! The boy at the reception was really amazingly helpful and nice. The location of the place is really good, walking distance from everything. The rooms were very simple but clean and towels were changed daily.

The hotel did not have a lift so dragging the luggage up the stairs was not fun. One night I woke up because the man at the reception (probably the owner) was yelling on the phone in the middle of the night - my parents woke up because another guest was screaming through the night. So the walls are probably paper thin... Be sure to bring ear plugs, just in case. Also, no hair dryer. The breakfast was very modest.

Liked our rooms with your own bathroom. Climate control, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk were there too. The location was particularly good, short walk to the central market, the leather markets, and the Duomo, fabulous restaurants, and the main historic attractions. The personnel was really friendly and super friendly.

The breakfast is good with croissants and tinned fruit, for example, has everything you need.

the hotel was fairly large, and the meals were fresh, i appreciated the good location next to the main attractions of the city and good, affordable restaurants. because of a problem with the economy double room i was upgraded and had new-fashioned room by the wc.

The room price is comparatively low during the fashion festival 2011. Room size and hotel location is fine.

Very old decorated and lack of maintenance. Pictures on the website should have been taken many years ago. No lift and dark stairs. The toilet floor will become flooding and wet after bath. No choice breakfast and even no toast. Soundproofing is bad.

Good-sized room with a laptop and 2 windows for a REALLY GOOD stay in the place except the convenience to town. Location adjacent to train station and bus station. Also, in the common area outside.

i didn't like the bathroom it was too small. the shower was on top of the toilet. but it's not too bad if you are not expecting for luxury.

Friendly staff, good restaurant advice, compensation provided. Traditional with family room sleeping 4, ready at noon, nice view, quiet, lots of towels. Easy bus access to station. Great nearby restaurant.

i dint like that the internet wasnt for free, i had to buy cards to use the internet

Our room was large and clean. The bedding was good quality and the beds were made and clean towels provided daily. Our room was quiet. There is no wifi in the room but is available in the lobby. The breakfast room is very pretty and we enjoyed the breakfast. The young man looking after the desk on Thursday and Friday was exceptionally nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Close to train and bus station as well as museums and other sights. Quite a few stairs to access so not suited to physically disabled. Very nice place.
