As soon as you enter the lobby you know you are in a great place. The fireplace lounge by the check-in counter is very cozy. Personel is very friendly and welcoming. Once you enter the room, you simply wish you could live there for good. The hotel is very central. Most places of interest are within walking distance.

Breakfast is a bit pricey, you can easily take it outside, there are plenty of nice places around.

The cleanliness was best i have ever experience also customer service was very well presented. The decor was outstanding for a city centre hotel, unsterstandably still quite new but none the less outstanding with best in room facilities i have experience for such a small price £95.00Enjoyed my stay, would have loved to been able to saty a second evening.

Car parking price, perhaps a bit expensive as alternative parking was close by for a fraction of the price.

        Very central hotel.

Staff on reception not very friendly. I do not like the fact that you are embarrased into making a charity donation that is charged to your bill in advance - you are hardly going to say no! Each person has their own charity that they support and should not feel forced into making a donation - why don't the hotel donate £1 from each room rate instead??

This is a great hotel in the heart of belfast, very handy to all the city centre shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

I'm not sure the breakfast was good value for money. As we hadn't booked breakfast as part of our reservation we paid in full and it cost £38 for a breakfast for two (£19 each included continental breakfast buffet and a cooked breakfast). I recommend booking breakfast as part of your reservation or eating elsewhere.

      • Couple
        8.8

The staff were superb from the minute we arrived to when we checked out. I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel where all of the staff were so good. The hotel was excellently situated for the city centre and the breakfast food was superb.

The corridors were all a bit dark and the furniture in the rooms was a bit shabby. Also, and these are two small quibbles - there were no biscuits in the room with the tea/coffee and the in-room tvs didn't have freeview so channel watching was limited.

      • Couple
        8.2

The hotel is very well located for the City Centre and we thought that the beds were extremely comfortable.

The concierge service was a very good first impression of the hotel, they delivered the bags to the room & everything! Also the rooms were soo beautiful & comfy. The reception staff & nte porter were very nice. We are considering booking this hotel for next month again!

There was nothing I didnt like about the hotel, but we did go to the bar on the first nte to have bar food & the selection wasnt great so we ended up goin elsewhere. I was disappointed with that because one of the girls that was with us used to work with Kevin & went on about how great of a chef he is, Im sure he is a brilliant chef but the selection turned us off booking the restaurant for the second nte.

locality in the city centre, near shopping and sights, near bus and train station, staff excellent and polite, the bed room at the back of the hotel was very quiet

need more magazines in the room and more toiletries, rooms very warm and the air condition system made a loud noise when turned on

      • Group of friends
        9.2

The rooms where well laid out and kept very clean. Although there where a number of large groups staying in the hotel there was never any noise

I wasn't too keen on the food in the main resturant.15 of us ate there and the food was over salted

      • Couple
        9.6

Great hotel, had a great one night stay. Staff were nice and room service was quick.

The doors seem to be very heavy and loud when being shut closed. Other guest in the hotel were quite noisy on our Saturday night stay. Slamming doors every half hour.

      • Group of friends
        8.8

Very convenient for all shops, theatre, bars and restaurant. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, particularly concierge. Rooms are lovely and restful and beautifully designed.

Trivial but a box of tissues and cotton wool would have been useful. No ice machine although a bucket of ice was produced promptly on request.

      • Single
        8.8

The room was lovely, with really nice toiletries. Breakfast was fabulous with a really good variety.

      • Older travelers
        7.8

Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Room was fairly spacious with good sized comfortable bed. Bathroom very good.

The dining room looks really good, but I did not find it very comfortable. The food I had (fish) was excellent. My wife had beef which was quite poor (and expensive).
