Had the most amazing Christmas experience at this hotel! The Christmas decorations were fantastic and really got me in the holiday spirit. The location was perfect - close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was great - especially loved the Christmas dinner with roasted turkey and all the trimmings. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. loved the spa services and the indoor pool.

That the housekeeping service could have been better. The towels weren't always replaced and the trash can wasn't emptied every day.

The food was various and very delicious, exceeding our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The building and rooms were of good quality, with clean bathrooms. The hotel also provided free wifi, which worked well even on higher floors. The private beach was close by and had white umbrellas, and the water was shallow, perfect for children. The hotel also had a beach bar and provided towels for the beach. a great experience.
