Breakfast was excellent and evening buffet was also very good with a wide variety. The spa is really excellent. We stayed at the Coral in an apartment was was very quiet and spotlessly clean. The terrace to the room was big, toddler friendly and overlooked the pool. Rooms in the Estrella, where all the dining is, may be a bit noisy for some as that's where the evening entertainment (family orientated) takes place in open air. The pools in both sites are very good, but the Coral pool is better for little kids, as it's tucked away in gardens behind the hotel. The Estrella pool / garden area opens to road so not the best for those with very young kids.

This hotel was excellent the rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day .the spa was superb and free to use unless you wanted treatments.the hotel was only 5 mins walk from the shops and beach.the food was buffet style with lots of choice

Only thing really was tv which only Chanel was eurosport in English mainly german and Spanish chanels so not much use when the volcano went off

Great stay! Incredible value for money in off season. Good fitness center and seemed to cater to sports enthusiast (particularly cyclist). Leisurely 3 minute walk to beach. Great location.

Excellent value for money hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.The apartment we had was very clean spacious and well equipt.Fridge ,microwave, toaster etc.Wasn't busy as was April so we were able to make good use of the Spa facitlites. Small supermarket at the hotel useful. Breakfast was superb with endless choice, and choices changed daily.

a small want would have been a kettle, although the hob was adequate for making tea.

The selection of food for breakfast.....thought the cava was a nice touch. The large size of the room and the well designed bar area.

Man on the reception was helpful but without smile. Also wi-fi was a little bit expensive 5€/day and with small problems with connection in the room.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we are very satisfied with pretty much everything.

We were staying all inclusive and the information of what is included in the package is not clear, so you could miss out in a couple of things.

staff very friendly and professional, good location (city center and the beach within a few minutes walk), nice pool, plenty of food, very children friendly (push chairs and bikes with baby seats available)

room: bathroom requires renovation (rust in the bathtub and on the ceiling!), restaurant: repeatable menu, bottlenecks (only one coffee machine and one board to slice bread)

Our room on 1st floor was adequate, would have preferred a view of the pool or sea - try for a higher floor.Would have paid more for a better room - but did not have the choice. Unclear from website what the difference was between apartments.

The hotel was amazing,free spa, food was good, highly recommended!! Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, just like a cleaner ladies!

The restaurant staff wasn't very friendly they didn't speak on english even they couldn't ask our room number.:-( But this is the only thing what we didn't like it!

Great location but need a car. It's away from the bustle of Palma. It's 2-3 blocks to the beach so easy for relaxing....too cold for this trip. Great drive to Formentor for the sunset and return to hotel for dinner. Nice nearby towns in Alcudia and Pollenca to poke around in. During low season, it was good to have half board as many places were closed. The Breakfast buffet was huge....nothing left out. Dinner was also buffet and had a lot of variety. Must drive to Valldemossa....great island vacation...wish I had more time!

Really enjoyed staying at the hotel, everything was excellent and extremely clean. The quality and variety of the food was a delight !

everybody in the staff was really lovely, the food wqs varied and excellent. The beach was quite close to the hotel.We all had a good time.

Made very welcome on signing in with reception,as it was cool at nights it was good to be able to regulate the temperature in the room, we stayed bed and breakfast and this was good standard of choice and food.As the hotel closes on November 14th there was little going on but the bar staff were friendly and the prices reasonable. Would definatly go back.
