Well-kept and brand-new room and comfortable bed, comfy sleep. Location strategic, close to the train station.

Honestly no reason to complain. Impeccably clean accommodation, affable staff on the night shift. Perfect location very close to Piazza Barberini, all major sites and Via Veneto and the Galleria Borghese parc, excellent base for visiting eateries and restaurants near the hotel.

particularly good and absolutely perfect location in rome, just off 2 ancient subway stations, the main train station and the center of roma. comfy bed in the double room, plus a safe box, a minibar, and central heating. paid £ 68.

had a great stay at ercoli house, better than my previous visit to rome. loved strolling around and exploring the city center. convenient location, quiet and clean rooms, good wifi, and a satisfying breakfast. exceeded my expectations!

It was a clean hotel in a very good location.Ideal for tourists who look for a place to sleep and go sightseeing. Piazza di Spagna and metro are 15-20 min walk.The neighbour is quiet though quite safe.The staff (although not all speak English) has a good sense of humour and is very willing to help and give information for the place .Breakfast is full and suits everyone. Highly recommended to tourists.

We found difficulty in charging laptops and mobile phones as there is only one plug in the room and another one in the bathroom and these are quite old.

The only negative point was the a/c was not working for two days and temperature outside peaked to 101/102f°. A fan was requested but not provided. Con temperature esterne oltre I 40c° l'aria condizionata non ha funzionato tutti e due I giorni del nostro pernottamento.

The hotel's location is exceptionally nice, near to the Colosseum and nice restaurants. There's Salumeria Micocci located close to the property, recommend to try food there. The room is well-kept with AC included and decent breakfast and double bed. The breakfast has good options with yoghurts included, fresh croissants and also rolls.

Triple room with double bed. Central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a work desk — very useful.

I gotta say, Ercoli House was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. Plus, the location was just a short walk away from Termini train station. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

the room did not have refrigerator.the split of aircondition system did not work so good.it was without control.

quiet atmosphere, pretty friendly employees on the night shift. decent size room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. outstanding food and hot drinks. good location, a short walk to hypogeum of via livenza, thoroughly enjoyed this place. very convenient area close enough to termini station and the nearby landmarks like fontana di trevi.

The rooms at Hotel Ercoli House are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed stay. We loved the quiet street view from our air-conditioned suite. The private bathroom was well-equipped with a refreshing shower, hairdryer, and toiletries. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Personally, we would have preferred if the heating in the air-conditioned suite was a bit stronger. Others might still find it comfortable though.

it was in walking distance from the metro - 5 minutes.the restaurants near by had fair prices. the breakfast was quite various and big.

the hotel stuff didn't know a word in English and we had no one to ask questions. the rooms didn't have a refrigerator, however we could use the hotel's one.
