Good service.
During the recent stay: The plumbing is not good both for the washbasins & the tub. And there is no ventilation in the bathroom, which is rather annoying.

A very reasonably (for Hong Kong) priced hotel. We were upgraded to a bigger room as we stayed a week. I think the smaller rooms would have been more 'claustraphobic' though.
As a usual city hotel, a little bit impersonal. Even after a week, the restaurant staff hardly acknowledged a 'regular' customer.

The reason for the stay was to be near the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital as a family member was there for several days. If you need to be near the hospital it is very near (less than 100m/yards). Or if you have to be near the Happy Valley horse track it is a great location.
The beds in the room we were given were extremely hard. Had a small issue with the tub, but they fixed it right-away once we told them.

Delay in getting taxi for departure (Hotel to Central Station for Airport Express.)

Thank to the staff for their kindness and professionnal skill. Room was clean,confortable and west breakfast was good and plentiful. Location is good, easy to find a taxi in the morning and evening.
Air conditionning can run only cooling way, no heating even if the outside temperature is near 15 degres!

We would like to give credits to the staffs----Derek and Alex. They showed their good attitude to the clients. We will recommend to our friends.
It will be more convenient if there are some hotel shuttle schedules in the afternoon.

Nice hotel , well located, mediuim priced.
You have to cue to get table for breakfast as the room is very small with few tables.

The shutter bus provide us a very good services. Should reward them accordingly.
Maybe can provide 2 wifi lines to each room. 1 line is really not enough.

I stayed at the Emperor under extremely distressing circumstances, the Staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and genuinely caring for my situation. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I really appreciated all the help given

Clean but small room. Very good Chinese restaurant at the hotel. Impossible to make early check in at 11am-it was bad for us after 10 hours flight.
