The restaurant here was cozy for dinner and served delicious food, the ocean view was lovely, the hotel's location was beautiful, having a shuttle to the airport was convenient, and being able to check in early at 4 pm with great service was a bonus.

Good overall experience. Clean hotel with caring staff and favourable location very close to the island, the grounds and about 30 minutes from San Juan. Newly renovated rooms with an amazing view, excellent services.

The breakfast here is great, they have fresh fruit, tasty sausage, and you can enjoy it with a stunning view. the staff are super friendly and helpful, plus there's convenient parking in a garage just a block away. 🌟

Location: the hotel was near the beach, the store and the island. There was a poolside restaurant nearby. The room was newly renovated with an amazing view, had essentials required.

Free Wi-Fi is a great perk for a short stay. The brand-new rooms offer amazing views of the ocean. The comfy bed was a highlight. The resort's location is particularly good, only 5 minutes away from Balneario Manuel Morales.

The pool was overcrowded with people. Should have told us that they booked a hotel for a prom. 200 people in the pool at one time. Golf course is closed Casino close. The rate on the hotel ridiculous with fees.

I would not return their again. Hotel needs an upgrade.

We enjoyed hot breakfasts with home fries and omelettes, as well as dining at the on-site restaurant, where the service and shuttle to the airport were exceptional and the staff provided top-notch care.

air conditioning last night was not cooling properly, bathroom had details like paint peeling off the wall and tubes installed for shower support were not fixed properly. In the Front Desk I was not given any information about the restaurants or the hours of refreshments, breakfast schedules... I was not given the corresponding bracelets either, I had to return to ask for them. I don't know, if they assumed that being from Puerto Rico we already knew things in advance, however it was the first time I visited the place and I think it would be good to guide people from the hotel facilities and locations. I was leaving I realized that there was a restaurant outside the street that also belonged to the hotel... I received text messages as soon as I arrived asking if the room was all right which I had just done... you should take a little more time to orient yourselves, that's all, otherwise the hotel is very nice and well staffed.

Great rooms that are well-maintained and come with all the essentials, like a hot shower. The staff here are super helpful, even assisting with finding private parking spots 🚗.

The front desk staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Happy Hour with free drinks every day from 17.30-19.30. Nice beach and good pool.Good golfcourse too.

The beds were too soft, the restaurant staff was poor, the did not care or didn't know what they were doing.

Conveniently located near the airport, this place is surrounded by a beautiful pond where you can enjoy your meals at nearby restaurants. The added bonus of being just 800 feet away from the lake makes the whole experience even better! 🌊

I like the suite, it was very comfortable and clean. The music and service at the Seahorse Bar was awesome and we had a great time. My child also enjoy the pool.

I couldn't use the jacuzzi because there was a lot of children inside although it was supposed to be for people over 18 years.

We ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner. The view of the beach from the window was lovely; truly enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was good and stunning - just a pleasant stroll away from the golf range.

Extra $13.00 a day for parking. Resort fees plus some other fees. Pool was dirty and was packed at all times. Elevators were constantly full so the wait was long. Lines for breakfast were too long. Too many people bringing visitors
