We spent the Christmas holidays at this hotel and enjoyed a comfortable stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and cozy, with a good heating system that kept us warm on cold evenings. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was close to public transport and many shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish coffee and sweets served in the nearby cafes, which offered a taste of local flavor.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing, with cold and stale items served.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel was near the charming Ortakoy center and waterfront. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. the room included a kitchenette that was handy for preparing snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options to choose from.

As someone who knows this city well, I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette and daily cleaning service. The hotel staff greeted me warmly and spoke excellent English. Moreover, the hotel is located in an area that is both peaceful - on the streets near to sea - and close to the buzzing Ortaköy area. The breakfast was freshly prepared in-house and delicious.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the triple room to be a little lacking. Other guests might not mind, but it was a minor inconvenience for me.

Loved the convenient amenities like room service and 24-hour front desk. The coffee in the common area was a nice touch. The airport shuttle and dry cleaning services were much appreciated. So safe with smoke detectors and window guards!
