The apartment was mind-blowingly large and super clean. Despite a few minor issues, the office staff resolved them efficiently. Lamiae was jaw-droppingly professional and a pleasure to deal with. The grounds and pool area were lovely, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a good temperature in the clean pool. The efficient and professional staff made our stay exceptional. The hotel looked virtually empty, which was strange, but it allowed us to enjoy the amenities like free wi-fi, bar/lounge area, restaurant. The apartment had a flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils. The express check-in/-out and VIP check-in/-out made things convenient. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast and appreciated that pets were allowed. the air conditioning and level of service at the hotel exceeded our expectations, making our stay truly unforgettable.
