I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic shower and a beautiful view of the garden. The staff was friendly, remembering my name and providing excellent service. The location was convenient, with a small gym and herbs available on the roof.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, with more variety needed over the course of my stay.

Everything we needed, like Metropolitan Cathedral was placed only a short distance to the hotel. We loved Eko Residence. The rooms met expectation...

Room was a good value. Lago dos Pedalinhos is near the hotel. 4-star venue in Porto Alegre.

stayed at Eko Residence Hotel - A 200M Dos Hospitais Da Santa Casa. The clean rooms were spacious and had a good kitchen setup. Perfect location for the university - with a nearby strip of great restaurants. The best part was the helpful receptionist - Joao - who not only heated my leftovers but served me like a pro waiter. Unexpected service in this hotel segment.

Very large well equipped room with good proximity to the fun downtown area of Porte Alegre. I only stayed one night so Ihave no real opinion about the hotel staff but they seemed fine. Kevin

There was some noise from the street but not too bad. The air conditioner however was noisy.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at Eko Residence Hotel - A 200M Dos Hospitais Da Santa Casa. The kitchenette with a minifridge and microwave was a convenient addition. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. The staff, especially Joao, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and excellent service.

The room size and plan.

Hotel is outdated. Public areas are empty and poor. Location is lousy, in a shabby street.

Loved the solar energy and water collection systems - so trendy! The vertical garden on the facade was a nice touch. And who doesn't love a communal living room? So cozy!

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful towels with their ecologically-smelling aroma. So refreshing!

The Hotel was within walking distance of the centre, the shops, the conference centres. It had some good inexpensive restaurants nearby, some with local colour and live music. The staff were very helpful and some spoke English fluently. Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of fruits and items to satisfy the english or continental taste.

Naturally, it would have been more attractive to have had a room with a nice view of the bay or city. I don't think this was available, though.

The hotel is in a great location, very central and close to the historic center, restaurants, and a good neighbourhood like Moinhos de Vento. Rooms are spacious with useful facilities like a kitchenette and fridge. Breakfast is decent with a good selection of fruit, cheese, and bread. The staff is helpful, and there is a convenience store in the hotel.

The cleanliness could be better with some rooms lacking towels or cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. They even remembered our names and greeted us warmly. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options, and they made sure to follow all necessary safety protocols during these challenging times. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a stunning view of the beautiful garden. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge and gym facilities, as well as the convenience of having herbs available for use in the kitchen. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Nothing special to remak on

The hotel's location was perfect as it was in the center of the capital. It was easy for me to explore Moinhos de Vento neighborhood and Downtown. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made my stay very pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and I could tell that they take it seriously.
