The room was spacious with a nice-sized bathroom, and the location was very central, close to the bus station.

The guest house is impeccably clean, the room is beautifully maintained and functional. The staff is willing to help. The majority of the staff members are friendly and excellent. I loved the TV set, coffee/tea makers, and work desk in my room. The beds were very comfy. The location is marvelous - near perfect restaurants, with regular buses taking about 6-7 minutes to reach Edinburgh. Additionally, the guest house is very close to the city center and a bus stop.

The location is absolutely perfect and they have parking onsite.

Newly remodelled hotel, we loved it.

The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated rooms. The location was unbeatable and nice, the staff was willing to help. There were a wine store and all major stores around the hotel.

Good location – just a nice stroll to the city center. The rooms come with an attached private bathroom 🚿.

The hotel is perfect for easy access to the Queens Hall, which is where we were attending an event. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfortable stay. The room was clean, quiet, and had its own private en-suite bathroom. For what we needed after spending a week in a camper van, the basic amenities were perfect.

The breakfast here is delicious with a lot of options, the staff is very attentive, the food is outstanding, the rooms are pleasant and modern, and the location is convenient in a quiet neighborhood.

Such a good stay for two nights. Exceptionally clean place with pleasant view of the garden. Tastefully decorated room with large bathroom and very comfy beds. Plenty of food at the great and satisfactory breakfast.
