I got great value for my money at Central Accommodation. The room was spacious with a good shower, and the location was perfect for walking to various attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast items could have been better.

Helpful staff, great location, very clean and comfortable rooms.
Although rooms are ensuite the hostel should have more showers and toilettes in corridors in order to avoid waiting inside the rooms

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the old town and other popular attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
the room had a terrible smell, which turned out to be caused by a leak in the bathroom. The carpet was completely wet, making the room very unpleasant.

Lovely hostel! I stayed for 2 nights and it is quite comfortable and convenient. The hostel is near city centre and there are several restaurants around the hostel.

Facilities are ok, but the price goes to high for what it really is
The staff is pretty impersonal, and beside other hostels this is pretty important

The location of the accommodation was great, within walking distance to historic sites and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. We also liked the common kitchen, which was well-equipped. The outside seating area provided a great spot for people-watching.
We would have preferred to have a kettle in the room and the option of a TV. the lack of detailed maps for Scotland and bus routes was a drawback.

I found the staff very welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful, which created a very friendly atmosphere throughout the hostel. This was my second visit, but the first time on my own. I would definitely recommend the hostel and will definitely be back.
I have no complaints at all.

The hostel is very close to the main city attractions, and everything we needed, including leaving our lugagge after checking out, which was not so expensive, was well achieved. The staff was very nice and helpful too.

Our stay at Central Accommodation in Edinburgh was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure all our needs were met. The location of the hostel was perfect, just a short walk to the main part of the city. The communal kitchen and dining area were well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The security at the hostel was excellent, giving us peace of mind during our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the weak wifi signal and the inconvenience of having to get a new internet code every few hours, our overall experience was very positive. We would definitely recommend Central Accommodation to others looking for a nice, clean place to stay in Edinburgh.
