Especially helpful and caring staff, had perfectly pleasant stay!!!

We had savoury and hot breakfast with toast and prunes and coffee/tea. The location was absolutely perfect, close enough to Katoomba's main town so you do n't need to worry about catching buses or getting taxis, in the quiet area.

Nice building and rooms with very good free wifi. Painless check in and easy check out.

The hotel was great value, it had attentive staff on check-out. The room was stocked, well-appointed and had a storage and heating. The location was excellent and perfect for walking around an unusual rock formation. It was located in a beautiful area close to the viewing of the Three Sisters as well as restaurants and attractions.

The breakfast was tasty with juices, prunes and oats, worth the price. Truly enjoyed how the decent sized guest room with fridge and microwave was arranged when we arrived. The location was very central, FANTASTIC happy to spend time helping us work out what to do in the area.

The continental breakfast is delicious with a huge variety of meals. The rooms are decent size and well heated with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful Echo Point area. The motel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere which made our Christmas stay feel extra special. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information about local attractions and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed, including a well-equipped bathroom and a convenient tea and coffee station.

The bed was a bit low and could be challenging for someone with mobility issues. The room lacked additional seating options, apart from the dining chairs and the bed.

The hotel had perfect location very close to Echo Point viewing platform, The Three Sisters, Echo Point lookout and Scenic World and the tourist highlights of the region.

The check in and check out were easy, manager was friendly, the location is excellent with few minutes walk to Three Sisters and many trails that originate from there.

The hotel is a little tired, but if the price is right, it is ok for a short stay.

It was a newly renovated place, had excellent friendly staff on check-out. The room was nice cosy and with a splendid view of the blue mountains. The atmosphere created was lovely.

Continental breakfast with plenty of delicious meals to choose from. Marvellous location for visiting eateries and pubs. Walking distance to the main shopping centre and gift shops across the street❤❤

Lovely location, central and quiet. Nice range of beverages in the room. Electrical points at the bedside. Great view from the windows. Comfy beds. Spacious room with lots of light. Convenient bus stop nearby. Short walk to Echo Point lookout and scenic walks.

The room was stocked and pet-friendly with three beds, I had a good rest. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges worked well. The location was amazing and beautiful, close enough to Katoomba's main town so you do n't need to worry about catching buses or getting taxis with easy access to the main shopping centre and gift shops. Moreover, Katoomba Falls Lookout was at a medium distance from the place.

The room was not clean the bathroom in particular was dirty and there was a very unpleasant damp smell

the location is really close to echo point lookout. You have a 5 minute walk and can view the 3 sisters in sunset. Hotel staff gave us tips for restaurants with discounts. if you like original italian Pizza: we had yummie pizzas at Papa Dinos.

Fridge did not work, and we had to complain 3 times until fridge was changed. Heating did not work properly and it really gets cold in night. Motel is ok, but all room stuff looks a bit old, needs some maintenance. Check all your room functions whn checking in.

Thoroughly enjoyed decent sized guest room with view to the park, wouldn't mind staying there all day. A mini kitchenette, a storage and coffee available were an advantage.
