This hotel offers good and magnificent location close enough to several good restaurants, both Boscombe and Bournemouth piers and the beach and town centre. It's a 10-15 minute walk from The Green Room, spent evening there.

The location of the property was marvellous, very close to the beach in the East Cliff area of Bournemouth. Also, I was around 10-15 minutes walk from an art museum. The room was spotless and newly renovated as I wanted. Everything was perfect, including delicious and very very good breakfast with homemade preserves.

The breakfast was absolutely superb and lovely and provided with homemade preserves. The location was good in a nice quiet area, next to very quiet, and both Boscombe and Bournemouth piers and beaches.

Everything was perfect, I would recommend. I got superior double room for 3 nights with space for sponge bags etc as well as comfortable bed, appreciated it. The location in a nice quiet area was incredible and stunning and there were the main shopping centre and shops nearby.
