Helpful and kind staff, clean room, nice breakfast area, great location near Villa Borghese park and Fontana di Trevi, good restaurants and bars nearby, comfy beds.

The location of the hotel was great as it was in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the main attractions. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated that the staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests.

The room was rather small and cramped, with a tiny bathroom that did not have proper ventilation. The noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway also disturbed our sleep.

Plus, it was very close to the beautiful Borghese gardens, which was a lovely bonus. Secondly, the staff was amazing. They were always friendly and ready to assist with any requests or questions. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I loved the twin beds, which were very comfortable, and the attention to detail, like the breakfast with a croissant still in the plastic cover, was a nice touch.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in Rome. The location was fantastic, close to all the tourist stops and even the Olympic stadium. It was nice to be in a slightly quieter area. The staff were friendly and the rooms had comfortable twin beds. The breakfast, although basic, included a croissant which was a nice touch.

The only minor issue I had was with the shower, but it was easily fixed.

The hotel is situated in a great area, close to bus stations and right in the center in a residential neighborhood. the nearest metro stop is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and include amenities like air conditioner, hair dryer, and fridge with chilled water. The continental breakfast includes options like toast, croissants, jam, coffee, and yoghurt.

Some guests had trouble with the check-in process and getting in touch with staff upon arrival.
