Service, excellent communication with the staff.

Well... At Booked.net they wrote nothing under Payment method so we thought we could pay with credit card. Since we did not have to much cash at the moment and we couldn't get some at the atm without having to pay for it, we wanted to pay with Credit card. The amount is blocked anyways for the reservation. This was not possible and I had to hear a 30 Min. Complaint about payment Laws and Booked.net. The Owner of the hotel never showed up, we had to talk to her on the phone. The Staff didn't know any English.

Nice little hotel with friendly staff. Rooms maybe a bit on the small side, but the value for money is excellent. Quiet location and lots of nice cafes near.

Location is outside the map, but easily accessible by couches 2 and 4. The carpet floor could have been cleaner.

Linen and bathroom were clean, also the hotel was cheap. Cafés and restaurants can be found nearby.

Not the very best part of the city, the area is very noisy at night and there's no view so better avoid the rooms facing the street. The hotel is unfortunately too far from the metro station (around 2km walk). Also the room looked very different from the photos...no, it actually looked the same, but wayyy older.

The hotel staff was very friendly and offered us a lot of practical information for our visit to the city. Our room was small, yet clean and decent, and pretty cheap too. The hotel is located off-center but can easily be reached by bus.

Good location, calm street and easy to go by bus to Syntagma square. Nice bar and area. The staffs helpful.

We booked budget room, and it was in good price, but the room is very little. The bed is little for 2 people, so we couldn't sleep well. The bathroom is little too, you can go in and close the door, if you are in the bath. The room is with wall to wall carpet and it didn't seem clean. The wall is very slim because we heard everything what happened in the next room. ;-) The television didn't work. So I think that if we spend a few more eur we could have found better Hotel.

nice hotel, good positioning, nice staff

the room was very small that we have to keep one luggage inside the bathroom. The airconditioner was not working so we had to open the window and it was so noisy outside. The area is not safe at all. No metro close by, just buses. It is the worse hotel we have ever been.

Family run hotel. Very friendly and attentive. Nice location in cheaper part of Athens but also near excellent F.Negri Street (bar boulevard!).

It was dirty, verry small, and smelled awfull. The price was good. The staff was ok.

Cleaning of room not done, even when requested. Air conditioning unit disconnected in budget rooms.

Good tips from friendly hotel staff, good hotel bar, bars and restaurants near-by, bus stop to center close to hotel. Good value for money.

The rooms are a bit small, bathroom could use a make-over (broken iles & it would be nice to be able to shower without holding the showerhead in your hand). In the corridor leading to the room it is allowed to smoke, so if someone does, you can smell that from inside the room.

The area is certainly the most dangerous in Athens, using taxi everyday makes that budget hotel an expensive one
