The room was comfy and the location was very welcoming. I actually forgot something in the hotel and they emailed me a couple of hours later so I had enough time to pick it up before I left home.
In the Executive room you got one sachet of hot chocolate, one bottle of water and one Nutrigrain bar. We said there were two people in the room and asked if we could have extra water but were told no and that we'd have to pay. If you're paying for a double room, I expect the amenities to be for two people.

The location is superb for visiting Lake District. It's conveniently close to Sheffield city center, the train station, and the arena. The room was quiet, and I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom.
