They gave us a suite with a patio right outside and balloons.

Great and lovely location, a short walk to everywhere.

Truly enjoyed my very nice stay for two nights. The room was well-appointed and extremely pleasant and provided with flimsy nightstand and a bath. The location was excellent and unbeatable, just a short stroll away from Riad. The area was really beautiful short walk to the tasty restaurant, the airport and the train station.

Had a very nice stay for a stellar visit, everything was very good. The location was magnificent and perfect, at a short distance from Riad. And the area was such beautiful, adjacent to the old medina of Fez.

Savoury options for breakfast with local food and orange juice and good tea. Absolutely perfect and nice location for Fes, very close to the center of the winding Fez medina as well as the bustling medina. Besides, very convenient to Medersa Bouanania Seminary.

Sayid and his staff were great. Very friendly and courteous. The location is great- right inside the Medina, but a little hard to find by yourself. Strongly recommend contacting the staff to guide you. The hotel itself is like an oasis inside the Medina. It is quiet, beautiful and cool (which helped with some of the hot days we had)

A beautifully restored/converted riad. Unlike some of the others we saw in Fez and elsewhere, the owner of this riad has opted for a simplicity in design and materials that nonetheless feels very luxurious, but allows the original beauty of this riad to shine through. The staff (from the doorman to the owner) were welcoming and helpful but never intrusive, the breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and we enjoyed sitting with a cup of tea or glass of wine in the lovely courtyard areas. Our room was comfortable, tastefully furnished, and quiet. Overall, this was an oasis of peace in the busy medina. Highly recommended.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a beautiful pool area and a great terrace with a stunning view. The staff were very attentive to my needs, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was easy to access from the Rcif neighborhood and adjacent to one of the three inner courtyards of the palace, which added to the charm of my stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet provided a good variety of food, including an omelette station which was a nice touch.
Nothing, all excellent.

We both thought the riad was beautiful. The interiors were very Moroccan and the suite we had was very spacious with four beautifully designed rooms. The standard was exceptional and on a par with four and five star hotels in Europe. The manager and staff were all very warm and genuinely welcoming; all were very kind and more than happy to help us with advice and guides. So we would both definitely recommend the riad if you are planning to stay in Fez. Remember to keep some small 20 dhm notes to leave for the local porters who will carry your luggage from the taxi to the riad.

It's a little Oasis inside the mess of the medina. The staff was really kind and provided us with any need requested.Really good value for money.
The location is very difficult to find. But the hotel staff sent us someone to collect us at the nearest parking.

The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to some of the popular tourist spots, such as bab boujloud. The riad experience at this hotel was simply the best. Additionally, there was another riad called Riad Rcif located nearby, which offered a great dining option.

It was beautiful, luxurious large. Our room was huge the ceiling height amazing! The owner was happy to cater to our every request. Mint tea was refreshingly good. The Harira soup devine! The food overall was totally delicious. The serving sizes were huge. Breakfast was different each morning (we stayed four nights). Each time moutwateringly good, the best orange juice I have ever tasted. You must try the Hamma its a definite must! The view from the rooftop terrace at sunset is stunning.
The hotel is near impossible to find, you definitely need a guide to take you there if you are arriving from elsewhere. Its rather noisy you can hear everything from inside your room, people talking, doors banging, kitchen noise. Our room was on the ground floor right next to the kitchen, avoid this room if you can for noise. The medina is not safe to explore on your own at night so your kinda held hostage by the hotel which is fustrating at times. If you arrive by train do not take up any offers by other travellers pretending to 'have a friend in Fes who just happens to also be a guide' these are gangs of thieves who will rip you off pretending to be official guides. Only use the hotels recommended guides.
