The location is incredible, appreciated to be close to some leisure places, we've visited cafés and pubs. It has caring, very friendly staff.

It was a well-kept and fantastic place to stay with good value. The staff were helpful and competent, gave us great tips.

Fantastic and immaculate rooms with 2 bathrooms, lovely furniture, felt like home. The decor was great and the stuff where lovely and very good. Very central location was a plus.

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was family-friendly and the bed was good. The venue's location was central, easy to get to all major attractions. Further, it was so close to the Broadwater and parks and the Gold Coast. My room included a storage and a lounge. Got the view of the sea. The staff was efficient, they provided a GREAT service.

Beautifully kept and lovely hotel with modern design. Very very helpful staff; easy check in. Beautifully presented room with a stunning view, reasonably priced. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

We were in a marvellous and stunning location at a short distance from Anzac Park.

Decent food, helpful service and pleasant view of the ocean. Gorgeous and immaculate room with a good bathroom. Amazing facilities there. Pleasant and impressive location for Gold Coast, really close to that nature and lovely parks and swimming spots. Also, to theme park.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Our stay at Crystal Bay On The Broadwater was delightful. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean apartment. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The balcony offered stunning views of the Broadwater and city. We also appreciated the convenient location and excellent price. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

At first glance we wandered it we'd booked too far from surfers centre however on further contemplation we found the location of the facility outstanding. It was within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. There were afew parks very close by for the children and it was very tranquil and relaxing without the noise and bustle of surfers.

No major complaints. Gym at facility had just been revamped so was unable to use it till all safety checks had been carried out. Unfortunately gym was "maybe" available when we were due to leave. Found reception staff pleasant enough however my husband had an enquiry for them and staff member closed the blind slowly down on him. So he banged on the side door for her attention. He was greeted with an " oh I didn't see you there". Apart from that all good.

The location was pleasant and the room was fairly clean. There was a great restaurant, a supermarket and a convenience store next door. Good choice of food for breakfast, which was decent to satisfy everyone.

Accommodation was clean with beautiful water views. Nice swimming pool and free car parking.

Single beds mattresses are ready to be thrown away. There is no proper separation from the loungeroom and second bedroom. There is no lock on the bathroom doors and bathroom itself is adjacent to two bedrooms. There is no proper dishes to cook and serve food at home.
