Consistently courteous and outstandingly accommodating staff as one would expect. It has good location in New York near bus Q40 and subway, an earlier taxi or public transport to the airport sacrificing half a hour extra sleep, and a near train station. Also, it's located 3 km from Starlight Pavilion Wedding Store.

The Crowne Plaza JFK Airport impressed me with its stunning airport and city views, and the pet-friendly rooms were a real bonus. The contemporary rooms with 42-inch flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi made me feel right at home. The plush king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom with a relaxing bathtub was a delightful touch.

The room service was uninspiring, and the use of plastic cups/plates/cutlery detracted from the meal experience. the inability to serve specialty coffee like a latte or espresso with warm milk was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

The eats at Crowne Plaza were a gastronomic adventure, with traditional dishes that could make a foodie weep with joy. Add in the comfy beds and top-notch staff, and you've got a recipe for an unforgettable stay. Plus, the city views from the 9th floor were a cherry on top of the Big Apple sundae.

Sure, they might've overcharged a bit , and the carpets had a funky smell, but hey, even NYC streets have their quirks. Luggage assistance may have been MIA during checkout, but my stay still sparkled like Times Square at midnight.

Neat and updated room and remodeled bathroom with a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels. A wide array of options, reasonably priced food. Very polite staff at the reception desk.

The shuttle bus runs way longer than the other hotels nearby, which is so convenient for getting around. The room was such a cozy haven; the bed was like a cloud, and the shower made me want to bring it home. The front desk and concierge were super helpful, and the lobby was just lovely. They could maybe improve the taxi service for a smoother departure. 🚖

The hotel offered a warm and quick breakfast with a waffle machine. Double room with 2 Queen beds rather was ready when we arrived. This accommodation had a remote setting to the closest subway.

Can recommend the place. The hotel is popular and fairly clean with modern design and a really nice restaurant. The breakfast is hot and quick with a waffle machine, had everything you could imagine.

Overall it was decent sized on furnishings. The location was marvellous and impeccable for traveling around New York, near to unofficial so called taxi. Also, Resorts World Casino Nyc was 5 km away.

Remote location to everything it did n't take long to get where I wanted to go. Well renovated and neat rooms and a nice hot breakfast.

The staff were incredibly nice and superfriendly and the location was ideal in an out-of-the-way residential area. And it was also close enough to an earlier taxi or public transport to the airport, Very close to airport, and subway and train link to downtown Manhattan.

The room was good-sized and the facilities included coffee, Wi-Fi, and a carpet. Truly enjoyed the fresh decor it had. Had remote location in centre. And we were really close to the airport shuttle, and JFK international airport.

Everything there were modern, including very nice modern facilities. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Impeccable setting, adjacent to subway as well as earlier taxi. Also, near by airport.
