Clean, comfortable, and modern hotel with a jaw-dropping reception. The spacious junior suite had amazing mountain views and was equipped with everything we needed. The city center location was super convenient for exploring, and the basement car park provided free parking. The hotel had a separate, well-run restaurant for breakfast, although it felt a bit impersonal. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending a fantastic local restaurant for dinner. the hotel offered great value for money in a pleasant mountain city.

The room was huge, like seriously massive. And it was super clean, like spotless! The receptionist was so cool, always smiling and helping us out. Plus, there's a casino where we had a blast! Best vacation ever!

The only thing we'd ask for is a better party scene for young people. Like maybe a nightclub or something.

The guest rooms at Hotel Complex Luxor are modern and cozy, making me feel right at home. The extra long beds were a dream to sleep in, and the work desk was perfect for my laptop. I loved the cable TV channels, providing plenty of entertainment options.

Personally, I found the minibar in the room to be unnecessary. However, I understand that others may enjoy having this convenience available.

The location of the hotel was also great, being centrally located in Smolyan. I would highly recommend Luxor for anyone visiting Smolyan.
