The hotel in Cheektowaga was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvelous, near the airport and local restaurants.- A shopping mall was only 4 km away from the hotel.

This place has a fantastic location close to the airport, major roads, local eateries for dinner, and shopping at the mall.

The breakfast options were good with a variety of choices like eggs and hot waffles that you can pick from.

I really enjoyed my stay for the last 2 nights. The room was well-organized and a good size, with a Jacuzzi and a couch. The location was perfectly comfortable, right by the airport's runway. Also, Saint Patrick's Church is only 1 mile from the property.

The room with the jacuzzi was cozy and clean, although the tub had a few cracks. It also featured a sofa bed and a nice shower 🛁.

The room we booked was spotless and carpeted with upholstery in the halls.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. Despite a few hiccups during our stay, we found the prices to be reasonable and in line with our expectations. The staff, although not perfect, was generally attentive and willing to assist whenever needed. Basic amenities such as a working hair dryer were provided, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms stank a lot, because the carpet is cleaned with water and one could not ventilate properly... The breakfast was rather weak, but for the price one could not expect much... Situated right next to an airport, aircraft noise.

On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. It is also near shopping malls and provides the opportunity to print out required maps to events and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra soft pillows. Additionally, there is a shuttle service available to the airport, adding to the convenience for guests.

The staff at the hotel were quite rude and unhelpful at times. Some of the young adults working at the front desk seemed disinterested and did not provide good customer service.

The rooms here come with a Jacuzzi, sofa bed, and balcony, and the service is good, with the option for early check-in and late check-out, as well as extremely friendly staff.
