Overall had quite comfortable stay on a road trip. Hotel's location was great and absolutely perfect, in an industrial area that looked like a ghost town. Moreover, it was near Spokane around 6am on a Sunday and the theater.

The property was excellent value and well priced with very well mannered staff at reception desk. This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the restaurant next door, downtown and the freeway and the center of downtown. The food from the in-house restaurant was good.

Pet-friendly and a nice size units right by front desk, we truly enjoyed it. The location was decent - just off the river and downtown restaurants and bars, the outskirts in industrial area and Spokane on a Thursday night.

I recently stayed at Ramada Downtown and had a great time during my b-ball tournament visit. Despite the busy atmosphere, the hotel's location was perfect. The lobby had a cozy vibe with plush furniture and complimentary beverages. The room wasn't extravagant, but it had all the necessary amenities like a fridge, microwave, and quality toiletries. I loved the soft and firm pillow options and the neat placard explaining them. The fully functioning pool and gym were a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!
