Our room was outstanding and large with comfortable beds. The hotel was situated in the central location close to everything in los Amos.

My room included a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. The location was favourable - adjacent to Bandelier National Monument and the local museums, the local museums and center of town. It also was in a quiet area.

This accommodation was in the central location in an unmarked area. It was surely a really comfortable stay on a night that a bus load of rowdy retirees from the former USSR were there.

Overall it was well furnished with comfortable beds. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were provided if needed. The location was comfortable for walking around Bradbury Science Museum. And the area was calm, next to restaurants, Bandelier National Monument and the local museums, and Los Alamos, NM.

I had a nicely furnished and comfortable room with comfortable beds, the shower. The staff were courteous and amicable day and night.

Really enjoyed a coffee machine, a writing desk, and an ironing set in the room. The breakfast was very good, better that in most places. The hotel had a central setting in an unmarked area.

Comfortable hotel, I stayed here with my dog. Thoroughly enjoyed the way my well furnished and a nice size a double room with comfortable beds was arranged. There were a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge. The location was central, favourable in the front on attractions.

We had a great experience at this hotel in Los Alamos. The location was perfect, it was close to everything we needed in downtown Los Alamos. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels provided. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the staff even took care of a noise issue with our neighbors. The view from our window was beautiful, adding to the overall positive experience. Our only complaint was the slow elevator, but it was a minor inconvenience.

I was very pleased with the customer service - the front desk receptionist - (I was there May 6 arrival for one night) She was very attentive and as I had just come from the hospital and was most appreciative of her concern etc.

The room was well appointed and clean.

I know in part it's the Covid policies and restrictions ... however the breakfast selection could be improved - I know this is temporary and in the future we will be back to normal.
