The staff made my stay very comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location close to the center of town.

Coffee pot was full of mold and burner was filthy, when front desk was told she said she would get it taken care of, when we returned later, beds were made, coffee pot was never touched, still full of mold just like we left it.

Overall the service was great. Liked the room with sleeper sofa and kitchenette, my bed was very comfy. The staff was efficient plus the location was particularly good.

The service was excellent, check-in was quick, the room with a king-sized bed was enjoyable, and the location was conveniently close to downtown and a park.

In the first room, dental foss on the floor in the bathroom (unsanitary).

The hotel was clean and the staff members were incredibly helpful. The location in Jackson was convenient, and it's near Grinnell, Iowa.

The town is pretty small so you are not far from downtown, probably just about a mile and a half. AC worked great and staff was friendly.

The wifi was almost unusable in the evening. It slowed down quite a bit. Housekeeping skipped over our room on Saturday.

The rooms here come with a sleeper sofa and kitchenette, there's a variety of goodies for breakfast, and the location is magnificent and comfortable, right in the middle of Jackson.

We loved that the room air conditioner/heating system had the option to run the fan setting all the time, which not only helped with air circulation but also provided a comforting white noise. Additionally, we were pleased that the hotel took our request for a quiet room into consideration when assigning us a room. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently close to the interstate and provided easy access to restaurants and a nearby Walmart. we found this hotel to be clean, with good facilities and parking options. It offered great value for money, especially when compared to other hotels in the area.
