Grand old and unusual place, I loved knowledgeable personnel.

All in all - had a fine 2 night stay. Very central location next to the park, the Highlands and shops, restaurants the Castle and places of interest, it was in a beautiful area. After long day I visited Macgregor's Bar for a couple of drinks. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was brilliant. The service was decent, including a friendly check-in. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was well priced. Good hot and plentiful selection for breakfast with watery vegetables and hot options and well cooked bacon.

Great value for this area, had a really really nice stay in the winter. There were large and well heated rooms with breakfast.

It had dreadful views.

We had a warm and plentiful breakfast with the various options, porridge made with milk and bacon included in our prices. The location was central, short walk to the Botanical Garden, the Caledonian Canal and Modern Art.

Relaxing and fairly clean place to stay in, it has knowledgeable staff especially the duty manager.

Overall the service was good. I had comfortable quiet, newly decorated room with great view, tea coffee making plus comfortable bed, had good night's sleep. The location in a shopping area was stunning and there were a market and shops nearby.

All in all it was great value, considering prices in Inverness. Very central location was a plus. Went to The Phoenix Ale House for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the hotel.

Think it's great value for Inverness. The hotel is so exceptionally comfortable and homely, the staff is extremely polite!

The rooms offered are high standard and recently renovated with castle view and tea coffee making facilities, for example. Also, the location is beautiful, minutes from a Reformation cathedral.

Stunning location in very nice area, not far from the river right in front of the castle, main areas in town and bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. For tea or coffee visit Miele's Gelateria nearby.

There were plenty of pubs and restaurants.

The restaurant here was nice for a menu for the restaurant, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. All the staffs were hospitable and knowledgeable. The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from St Mary's Catholic Church.

Everything was fine, so were spectacular views of the castle and river. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was exceptional. Moreover, it was easy to park off site.

Top quality & newly renovated room, an iron, radiator, and a carpet in there. Great beds & luxurious bathroom.

Enjoyed how modern the property was and its affable staff on the reception desk. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for a menu for the restaurant. The views of the castle were magnificent. The property's location was great and beautiful, perfect right on the riverside. Further, it was just off River Ness.

This was my really comfortable stay at the weekend. Everything was perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was in a marvellous and fab location very close to restaurants and eateries. I had reasonably priced room with view.
